A. Front Squat (Slowest Descent Possible)

3 Reps Every :90 for Six Sets

Sets 1-3 75-80%

Sets 4-6 80-85%

 

B. For Time:

21 Squat Clean (135/95)

21 Handstand Push Up

15 Squat Clean (155/105)

15 Handstand Push Up

9 Squat Clean (185/125)

9 Handstand Push Up

 

ADV: Strict HSPU

*When scaling, choose three progressive weights. Should be able to do 3-5 reps touch and go at first weight.
