A1) Back Squat
L x3 60%
L/M x3 70%
M x3 80%
Build to Heavy 3RM (~90-93%) RPE:9-10
then
2×3 @90% of 3RM
A2) Pull-ups 3×2/2/2 (add weight)
10s rest between reps in sets

B) Every 3 mins until you reach 150 Wallballs:
500/450m row
Max Wallballs (20/14) (ADV+ 30/20)
