A reminder that Mandy’s 9am Fundamentals Class is open to all members and is designed for those with less than 3 months of CrossFit experience. If you’re new, make this a regular part of you’re weekly routine.

WOD:

Team Triple 3

Row 3000m

300 Double unders

Run 3 miles

*in teams of two. Only one partner may work at a time.
