Part A:

Partner Snatch

10 minutes for each partner to find their

1RM Power Snatch

*score is the total of each partner’s best snatch

Part B:

Teams of Two:

-one partner at a time-

AMRAP25

50 Double unders

5 Power Snatch(75/55)

5 Hang Squat Snatch

5 Overhead Squat

ADV:(95/65)

*entire barbell sequence must done unbroken or you repeat

Part C:

Teams of Two

150 Hollow Rocks

*While one partner works on the hollow rocks the other must hold a plank. Switch every 25 reps until complete.
