Part A:

AMRAP7

Max unbroken Toes to Bar

*every time you break run 100m

*score is total reps of Toes to Bar. If you are scaling pick a bar variation that you can manage larger unbroken sets and work on kipping. Try not to do sit-ups/v-ups if possible.

Part B:

In 15 minutes complete:

5-4-3-2-1

Heavy Turkish Get-ups(each arm)

*you should be moving up in weight each set. Last set should be a max effort single.

*between each set do a set of 8(each leg) single leg KB Romanian Deadlift

Part C:

2 rounds

50 wallballs(20/14)

25 KB Swings(70/53)
