2 Handstand Push Up (Pike Push Up, Yoga Push Up)

3 Hollow Rock

4 Superman Extensions

5 Air Squat

6 Lunge

7 Kipping Pull Up

8 Push Up

9 Sit Up

10 Split Squat Jump

11 Box Jump

12 Wall Climb

 

Done in the style of the song “The Twelve Days of Christmas.” So, 1 Strict Pull Up; 2 Handstand Push Up, 1 Strict Pull Up; 3 Hollow Rock, 2 Handstand Push Up, 1 Strict Pull Up…So on and so forth until you reach 12-1. Enjoy!
