Bench Press

5-3-3-1-1-1

*Superset with 6 DB Row(each side) with slow eccentric

*attendees of the Bench Seminar may substitute Push Press

Part B:

“Unbroken”

4 rounds

20 Double unders

20 KB Swings(70/53)

20 Wallballs(20/14)

*Each discrete set of 20 must be unbroken or you repeat that set. Rest only as needed between exercises.

Part C:

2 Rounds

8 Tall Kneeling Pallof Press(each side)

60s Plank Hold
