Unbroken

Spring is here and with that comes opportunity. Not only will  we be running more often but we also have a referral  special for the month of April as well. If you refer a friend and they sign up for the 99 dollar intro month then you’ll receive a free Hoodie. Ask one of the coaches if you have any questions at about how this works.

We’re going to test your work capacity with the WOD today and while it may not look terrible on paper there is a twist that makes it more of a challenge. Each discrete set must be unbroken or you repeat that set.

 

WOD:

“Unbroken”

4 RFT

20 Wallballs(20/14)

20 KB Swing(53/35)

20 Double under

*each set of 20 much be unbroken or you repeat. Rest as little as possible but as much as needed between each exercise.
