Evolutionary arms race.

 

Part A-

Bench Press

5-3-3-1-1+

*Build to a heavy single. Rest adequately then reduce by 10% for your final AMRAP set.

*Superset with DB/KB Row- 6ea arm. Heavy!

Part B-

5 RFT

50 Double Unders

5 Ring Muscle-ups

*First scale MU volume to 3, then scale to 5 Strict Pull-ups/Strict Banded Pull-ups + 5 Ring Dips/Box Dips. 

Part C-

3x

12-18 GHD Sit-up

100’ea  1-Arm Farmer’s Carry
