A2) 3x 1-leg Ball Slam(each leg)

C) 5x Reactive Tuck Jumps(don’t reset, do them dynamically)

*do this as a circuit for power

Part B:

15 minutes to work up to a heavy set of 3

Sumo Deadlift

Part C:

21 Box Jumps(24/20)
