A) Deadlift (All percentages are based off of your 3RM)

5@40%, 5@50%, 3@60%, 5@75%, 3@85%, Max Reps@95% (Goal is at least 1 – note number of reps)

 

B) AMRAP 4

21 Burpee Over Erg

21/15 Cal Row

15 Hang Power Clean (135/95)

15 Burpee Over Erg

15/12 Cal Row

Note: weights are meant to be on the lighter side, something that  you are comfortable cycling quickly and in big sets.  Each AMRAP should be a weight that you can complete in at WORST 3 quick sets.
