Weather on Monday’s Looking Nice

With a partner, split work as needed

EMOM 36:
A: 1 Burpee, add 1 rep each round
B: 8 Power Snatches (95/65)

 

EMOM until failure; once you cannot complete prescribed amount of work in 1 minute (burpees, or snatches), keep going- taking 1 rep off each round of burpees. For example if you fail at minute 20, next round you will do 19 burpees & 8 snatches then 18 burpees, 8 snatches…
