A1) Stiff-leg Deadlift
x6 L 50
x6 L/M 60
x6 M 70
x6 M/H 75
Build to 6RM (~80-85% of 1RM) RPE:9-10
2×3 @ 85% of 6RM

A2) Chin-ups 3×8

 

 

EMOM 12:
Min 1: 10 Thrusters (135/95)
Min 2: 10 Russian KB Swing (70/53)

Wod with rest to help acclimate back to wearing a mask
Increase weight on chin-ups as reps lower
1-3 attempts at 6RM, should not be hitting 5RMs, nor break out of form to complete reps
Teach proper set-ups and bracing for Stiff-leg deadlifts
