By now we have all familiarized ourselves with the Snatch and Clean/Jerk. But with that being said, we obviously don’t spend enough time within a single class setting to get too deeply involved. Today we will focus on both the lifts, in depth. Consider this a Strength Day, with a very short Conditioning piece at the end of class. Here’s what to expect:
Olympic style warm-up w/ empty barbell
Movement pattern tune-up
Both lifts broken down in sequence
And with the remaining time available, we are going to have some fun and throw some weight around!
