A2. Rope Climb 2-3 (legless, legs, floor to stand, single arm ring row)

A3. Skin the Cat 2-3 (w/pasue, high rings, low rings)

 

B. EMOM 9

  1. 12 Chest to Bar Pull Up
  2. 10 Handstand Push Up
  3. 8 Burpee Box Jump
