*Goal for bench is to do challenging sets across. Can move a bit on first two sets, but last three should definitely all be at same weight
B. 3 Rounds for Time
10 Shoulder to Overhead (135/95)
20 Pull Ups (ADV Chest to Bar)
60 Double Unders
*Should be able to do StO in no more than two sets
C. Tabata
Barbell Curl w/ empty bar
*gold star if you never put barbell down through whole tabata
