4 Bar-facing burpees

200m run

*The picture below illustrates the 200m turnaround point. The left is the entrance to Trader Joes and the turnaround is at the Tree you see by the fire hydrant located right after the entrance. You don’t have touch the tree just make you run past that imaginary line.
