As we approach the start of the Whole Life Challenge we will be providing everyone with another test similar to what we did the first time around. This Lifestyle Challenge is all about measuring and tracking our dietary habits, to which end we also need to see how that will affect our performance inside the gym. We will allow people to make this up if need be.
Remember, there is still time to sign up. And there is a great support system here at the gym so if you’re at all hesitant, ask another what their experience has been and try it out yourself. It’s seriously a great opportunity to increase your overall wellness and share the experience with others.
