Bootcamp:

A) 2 rounds for time:
Run 800m
20 alt. DB snatch
Run 800m
20 burpee pull up

B) 3 rounds:
12 Tall kneel curl to press
12 squat to reverse lunge
0:30s side plank w/ KB OH hold

Fundamentals:

A) Deadlift 5×5
-superset with 8 face pulls-

B) AMRAP10:
10 swings
10 shoulder taps
100ft bear crawl

C) 3 rounds:
10 bird dogs
20 wall activated dead bugs
0:30s hollow hold
