1600m relay run (must be 200m increments, one runs while the other rests)
50 Push Ups

1600m relay run with med ball (20/14)
A) Press/push press/push jerk
We will be going over the technique of each press variation and then break into groups for a short strength session.
B) we will go over handstand push ups, then a workout involving the skill work.
Min 1: 45 sec handstand hold/wall walk hold (we will all stop at the :45 mark)
Min 2: 10 handstand push ups/15 strict dumbbell press (standing)
Min 3: rest
