WLC checkpoints

We are into the first full week of the Whole Life Challenge! From what I hear around the gym, people are enjoying it so far; but, there are bound to be questions and concerns as we approach the week. Remember, don’t hesitate to ask one of the coaches for any tips; or better yet, ask someone who participated the first time around. One thing I want to remind everyone is to log their points each day. This can easily be forgotten and fall by the wayside. But if we are putting the work in we want to get credit for it!
