Building. All sets and reps @32×1 (3 down, 2 in bottom, explode up, 1 at top)

 

B. Every 4:00 for 4 sets

400m Run

25 Wall Ball (20/14)

10 Box Jump Over (24/20)

*Score fastest and slowest rounds. If you do not complete a round, mark reps and start new round at 4:00 mark.
