A) Power Clean and Push Jerk, 5-4-3-2-1

Note: Touch and Go Reps, build to heavy single but NOT a 1RM.

B) Complete for time (15 min Cap)

200m Run

2 Clean and Jerk (155/105)

200m Run

4 CnJ

200m Run

6 CnJ

200m Run

8 CnJ

200m Run

10 CnJ

Note: Pick a weight that you can cycle for 5 plus reps when fresh, may want to break from the beginning so that you arent ending in singles as the start of the workout is running heavy and the end is barbell heavy.  Run at a pace that allows you to move the barbell quickly and efficiently.
