Announcing that we’ll have our first Zoom event on Monday morning at 9:00 AM! I say event because this will be a “Shotgun” start to the week. For the CrossFit OGs, “Shotgun” is 50 burpees for time. There will be some structural strength work posted as well that can be done separate from the zoom and I’ll post a video on.
What I’m hoping is that as many as people as possible will be able to jump on Monday morning at 9:00 and bang out some burpees!
I’m working on a Zoom schedule for the week. Some Zoom classes will be standard CrossFit classes where we go through warm up and workout, some may be focused on a particular topic such as nutrition, sleep or mobility, as not all wods will lend themselves to the Zoom format. I’ll post the schedule for the week on Sunday. The times I’m looking at scheduling classes are 9:00, 12:00, and 5:30, as those seemed to be the most popular requests.
